Apart from providing agricultural loans to PACS/SKUS we provide loans to ECCS and this amounts to around 20 % of our total loan portfolio. At present we have a customer base of around 3 lakhs and the total deposit is around Rs 1008.11 crores. We are providing services through our various types of accounts such as general savings account as well as savings account suitable for employees of government, semi-government, professors, business owners, self-help groups etc. The salary payments of all primary teachers and around 70% of High School Teachers from Uttar Dinajpur and Dakshin Dinajpur are made through us, together with salary accounts of employees of Health, ICDS, Govt colleges, Municipality, Panchayat and Railways. Apart from these widow pension payments, old age pensions are also disbursed through us.
We also provide various types of loans to salaried individuals and business owners with hassle free documentation and this comprises around 75% of our total loan portfolio. Our bank provides various types of deposit accounts such as Savings deposit, FD, RD,STDR, MIS and loans like Personal, CD, HBL, HRL,CC,OD, Land Purchase, Car loan, SB with OD facility etc.
